How to Get Started With Us:
Now that you have decided to do your project, you may be thinking what are your next steps and how to get started.  Contact us at WS Dennison Cabinets and we will take it from there.  If you have a general contractor, we will work directly with them.  If you do not have a general contractor for your project, we will determine if your project requires one and will refer you to a very reputable one we work with.

Our process we will take with you or the contractor on your project.

• Contact us by phone to discuss your project and to schedule an appointment.
• You submit your basic project design to our office.
• We will discuss your project, what you want, your design options and basic pricing.
• You are welcome to view our showroom samples and the many different options you have.
• We will submit a free estimate to you with-in one week.
• You accept the project proposal, sign the contract and provide a 33% deposit.
• We will field measure at the project location.
• We will draft the final working plans for your project.
• We will schedule an appointment to review our working plans for your final approval.
• We will discuss the project timeline and projected delivery and installation dates.
• We will build your project.
• We will contact you approximately a week prior to the delivery date and discuss the process.
• We will contact you the day before delivery.
• We will deliver your project as per the discussed schedule.
• We will install your project.
• After the installation is complete, we will ensure the installation and workmanship meets your satisfaction as per the contracted design.
• We invoice you for final payment of the remaining balance.
• Our one year warranty is in effect at that point.

• Your project will have correct plans, drawings and installation details.
• We use sturdy materials of a quality that meets your budget.
• All custom woodworking is done on-site in our shop
• Your project will be built by skilled craftsmen.
• Your project will be installed by competent trades people.
• Our warranty ensures you are happy with your project installation.

WS Dennison Warranty:
We warranty our products for one year from the date of completion of the installation against;  faulty materials or poor workmanship.  We will replace or repair product found to be defective in materials or workmanship.  This warranty does not cover damage resulting from abuse or normal wear.
